This Newsletter includes everything UREC for the month of September! We are excited for the fall semester. There are lots of opportunities to get involved in UREC this semester!

Outdoor Programs

OP Trips for the month of September include:

Club Sports

All of the teams are back in action and look forward to successful seasons.

Intramural Sports

We are excited to have State Farm Fields back starting this semester. We are able to offer our traditional fall sports such as Flag Football and Outdoor Soccer. Throughout the month of September, students are able to register for Tennis, Scrimmage Volleyball, Volleyball, Golf, Cornhole, Wiffleball, and Dodgeball!

Over the summer, we renovated a racquetball court and turned it into a new Cycle Studio! Students have been going to new cycle classes and we have received positive feedback about this new addition!

This month, students can participate in a variety of free clinics at the SRC Pool – no experience necessary!

  • Kayak Roll Clinics – Wednesdays from 7pm-10pm
  • Kayak Polo – Tuesdays from 7pm-10pm
  • Stand Up Paddle Board – Tuesdays from 7pm-10pm
  • Paddle Board Yoga ­– Mondays from 4:45pm- 4:45pm and 5pm-5:45pm
  • Aqua fit (Deep Water Aerobics) – Mondays from 5:15pm- 6pm
