Cakes for Grads & Moms, Spring Closings & More

Student Must Use 2011/2012 Meal Account & Express Account Balances by May 13th

The semester is winding down; it's time to use any remaining balances on their Meal and/or Express Account.  Student must use balances prior to close of business on Sunday, May 13th.

  • Eat on campus
  • Purchase items from the Bake Shop or Catering
  • Purchase bags of coffee from Conrad's
  • Purchase whole pizzas or Chick-fil-A nugget trays
  • Purchase items at The Markets to take home
  • Purchase items at The Markets to donate to food banks
  • Do a meal to meal transfer with another student
  • Purchase items from the Bake Shop or Catering
  • Purchase bags of coffee from Conrad's
  • Use your funds for laundry before leaving campus
  • Purchase a gift certificate to the University Bookstore 
  • Request a refund for balances in excess of $55.00
  • And more!

Schedules & Happenings

Spring Semester Closings Schedule
Appalachian Food Services dining units will close at 5:00pm on Sunday, May 13th following Commencement.  Food Services will be closed from Monday, May 14th through Sunday, May 20th.  Summer hours begin on Monday, May 21st.

Summer Schedule
Appalachian Food Services dining units will reopen for Summer Sessions on Monday, May 21st.
